To better understand public perceptions of nanotechnologies.
Objective
To discuss specific nano products/applications to ensure governance mechanisms are appropriate, balanced and take account of public views

To provide opportunities to understand public aspirations and expectations and what they see as key priorities, including for the development and
application of new products

To ensure that transparency measures and potential communications are relevant and targeted, to reassure the public about safety in the industries of interest.

To promote mature and nuanced discussions between public and industry representatives
