Description
PROJECT CLOSING STATEMENT:
The report provides useful guidance for users of the Flood Estimation Handbook statistical method. It identifies limitations and uncertainties that users need to know when applying the method to flood risk management and design of flood defences.

SUMMARY OBJECTIVE:
Develop a comprehensive summary of flood frequency estimates using the Flood Estimation Handbook(FEH), thus anticipating difficulties that might arise when applying the FEH to different catchment types.

KEY CUSTOMER PURPOSE:
Ensure the rapid and effective take-up of the FEH.
