Sediment movement and river morphology - FD0111

Summary Objective:
To determine sediment transport rates and dispersion of sediments from data collected in the EPSRC Flood Channel Facility and other sources, to investigate cross-stream variation of sediment transport, and to further develop morphological river models to improve the long term assessment of flood defence schemes.
